- 8:45 P.M. Kaya-Ka Porter Square Rezoning - Petition to amend the North Mass Avenue Overlay District Zoning Map and Zoning Ordinance in Section 20.100 to allow for a Planning Board Special Permit for hotel and motel uses with increased Floor Area Ratio and to waive the height, transition setback, and parking in more restrictive districts provisions in the zoning ordinance as they affect certain lots in the Business C District in Porter Square. The Overlay District is modified to include all of a lot that may be located both in the BC district and an adjacent residential district. Discussion and possible recommendation.
