GoGreen Month
GoGreen Month, occurring annually in May, is a month-long celebration of transportation options, recycling, and energy conservation. Events include Bike Week celebrations, commuter appreciation days, transportation fairs and presentation of the GoGreen Business awards for outstanding environmental efforts.

GoGreen Awards Event
Winners were announced at the GoGreen Awards event on May 22. The awards recognize exceptional efforts in energy conservation, waste reduction and promotion of transportation options.
At the event, the City of Cambridge honors local businesses, organizations and individuals for going green. The awards ceremony includes an evening of networking to help others:
- celebrate business and institutional leaders for their actions to create a more sustainable city
- learn about new opportunities for green business practices
