Public Hearing
- 7:40 P. M. PB#235 - 112-114-116 Mt. Auburn Street and 15 Bennett St, Conductor’s Building LLC and Mount Auburn Management LLC, applicants, Special Permit for a new 7 story office, restaurant and retail building, restoration of the existing building at 112 Mt. Auburn Street, and maintaining the existing building at 15 Bennett Street, approximately 83,200 square feet of gross floor area combined. Sections 19.20; 19.30; 6.35.1; 20.54.2; 20.54.4; and 6.35.1 of the Zoning Ordinance.
- 9:00 P. M. - CONTINUED - Alexandria Real Estate Rezoning Petition in East Cambridge to amend the Zoning Map and Ordinance in the Planned Unit Development (PUD)3 and 4 Districts along the Binney Street corridor in order to create an area of open space and allow greater heights and Floor Area Ratios. This hearing was opened on June 17, 2008. Discussion and possible recommendation to the City Council.
