Public Hearing Continued

7:30 p.m. PB#236 - 150-180 Cambridge Park Drive by Archon Group, to construct two office research and development buildings of approximately 337,800 square feet and one parking structure for 1,151 parking spaces. This application requires a Project Review Special Permit (Section19.20), a Flood Plain Special Permit (Section 20.70), and an Alewife Overlay District Special Permit (Section 20.90) to waive the maximum Floor Area Ratio to be 1.52 (Section 20.95.1), Maximum Height to be 85 feet (Section 20.95.2), Waiver of the Yard Requirements (Section 20.95.34) and the Waiver of Gross Floor Area Provision for Parking Facilities (Section 20.97.3).
