The Assessing Department maintains an extensive database of property information. Some of this information is available on-line in the Property Database. More in-depth information is available to the public at reasonable or no cost. This information is as current as possible regarding ownership and sales history. Property characteristics and assessments are as of January 1, 2006 for the Fiscal Year 2007 tax bills. Standard reports are available for purchase or for viewing at the Assessing Department's Office in City Hall. The reports can be provided either in paper or computer readable format.
