The Community Development Department will hold a Large Project Review (Section 19.43 of the Cambridge Zoning Ordinance) in the second floor meeting room of 344 Broadway, City Hall Annex, Cambridge, Massachusetts on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at 6 p.m. on a proposal to construct 20 residential units, 20 parking spaces plus one tandem space and approximately 4,000 square feet of retail in the North Massachusetts Avenue Overlay District at 1971 Massachusetts Avenue. (This project is not subject to Section 20.103.2 the North Massachusetts Avenue Subdistrict.)
