This workshop will help you understand the importance of proper cash flow management and how it can help your business survive and thrive in the first years of operation. In this session you will learn the basics of cash flow projections, understand the key drivers of cash in your business, learn about financial products available that may help support you in managing your business' cash flow, how to build a 12 month cash flow projections for your business using Excel, and much more.
