On Monday, February 24th, from 6:00 P. M. until 8:00 P. M. CDD and DHSP will hold a public hearing in preparation for its FY2015 One-Year Action Plan for housing and community development activities.   The purpose of this meeting is to solicit comments from the public on the utilization of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds that the City receives on an annual basis from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  The City seeks to gather the input of residents on where they perceive the greatest need as it prepares its Plan for the Fiscal Year 2015 (July 2014 - June 2015).  Specific funding levels will not be known by the City at the time of this meeting, and therefore specific objectives and projections will not be offered.

A DRAFT version of the Plan will be available for review on March 10, comments on the DRAFT version of the Plan will be received until Friday, April 11.  All interested parties including residents and service providers are encouraged to attend.

The Hearing will be held in the 2nd Floor Conference Room at City Hall Annex, 344 Broadway.  The hearing site is handicap accessible, translation services and any accommodations pursuant to Section 504 will be available upon request.
