The Incentive Zoning Nexus Study analyzes the impact of projected non-residential development on the need for new low, moderate, and middle income affordable housing and makes several recommendations to change the City's Incentive Zoning Ordinance (Section 11.200 of the Cambridge Zoning Ordinance).

The study was completed by a consultant team led by Karl F. Seidman of MIT. Prof. Seidman summarized the study's methodology and recommendations in a presentation at the March 19 meeting of the City Council Housing Committee.
