On Wednesday, June 14 at the City Hall Sullivan Chamber from 4:30-6:30p.m., Larisa Ortiz Associates (LOA) will present retail recommendations and best practice suggestions pertaining to the City's Retail Strategic Plan. The public is invited to attend the public hearing or livestream it through the City's Open Meetings Portal. A PDF of the presentation is available on the Retail Strategic Plan project page.

Last month, the City held three meetings to provide updates related to the City's Retail Strategic Plan during which LOA presented market analysis and data findings from the planning process. This information will influence LOA’s recommendations for best practice policies and programs that will support and enhance the retail environment in Cambridge. A PowerPoint presentation from the meetings is available

Through the Retail Strategic Plan, LOA and the Community Development Department’s Economic Development Division are leading the planning efforts to identify short and long-term goals to propose for the City’s retail retention and recruitment strategy.
