The City’s Housing Division is continuing to accept applications for one bedroom rental units that are affordable to middle-income households. These units are located at 270 Third Street, a newly constructed, 91 unit mixed-income building in East Cambridge/Kendall Square. 

Income and asset requirements apply.  Eligible household income ranges from $68,700 to $82,440 for a one person household and $78,500 to $94,200 for a 2 person household.  Applications are being accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
