Our community is deeply saddened by the death of Brian Murphy, Assistant City Manager for Community Development. Brian was a dedicated husband and father, and a close personal friend to so many of us in this City.
We mourn the sudden loss of our colleague. Our community will in time come together to celebrate his life and the incredible contributions he made to our City and the Commonwealth.
Our focus at this moment is to support his loved ones and to respect his family as they grieve.

CDD has commissioned a study to update the Incentive Zoning Ordinance. The analysis is now complete and the study is available.

The Planning Board meeting scheduled for Tuesday, January 27 2015 has been cancelled due to the snow emergency. The Twining-Normandy Zoning Petition Hearing will be held at the February 24 meeting.
