Community Development Block Grant Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Plan
Entitlement communities, such as Cambridge, may define a Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy (NRS) Area that meets the threshold for low/moderate income residents and is primarily residential. Within the NRS Area the City receives much greater flexibility in the use of CDBG funds. The duration of the Strategy is five years, ending in June 2011, and it is integrated into the One Year Action Plan and Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Reports, as a component of the Community Development Department’s activities.
