- 7:40 P.M. PB#11: 9 A Russell Street, Major Amendment for a 647 square foot addition to the existing townhouse basement and first floor. These are modifications to an existing non-confirming townhouse. (Sections 11.15a, b, c, 11.15.2, and 8.22.2)
General Business
- PB#234: 355 Fresh Pond Parkway, Special Permit to construct a 19,400 square foot retail and office building in the Parkway Overlay Special District, Section 20.60; The applicant, Fresh Pond Real Estate Development, LLC, requests modifications to Section 20.60 for the front yard setback, landscaping requirements; curb cuts greater than 40 feet; location of parking in the front yard setback; screening of the on grade open parking and setback from the building and the property side line. Deliberation and possible decision.
- PB#79: Major Amendment for Fast Order Food Establishment at One Brattle Square. The applicant, Chipolte Mexican Grill of Colorado, LLC requests a Fast Order Food Establishment Special Permit, Section 11.30 for 74 seat restaurant in an existing mixed use office and retail building for which a special permit was granted by the Planning Board in 1988. Deliberation and possible decision.
