  • 7:30 p.m. Update by Beth Rubenstein, Assistant City Manager for Community Development.
  • PB#179 - North Point.
    • Discussion of the Parcel J uses and building design.
    • Review of proposed changes to the approved Master Plan with respect to uses on certain of the approved Parcels and the phasing of the project; possible approval as a Minor Amendment. No change in the total amount of development permitted in the PUD is proposed nor is there any proposed change in the amount of commercial and residential Gross Floor Area as originally approved by the Planning Board.
  • Town Gown presentation discussion and possible comments.
  • Board of Zoning Appeal Cases.
    • Comprehensive Permit for 125-127 Harvard Street and adjacent lot on Davis Street.
