This application is for the same development project heard at the Planning Board public hearing held on Tuesday, January 16, 2007, which is for a Special Permit under Section 20.88 – Memorial Drive Overlay District for a waiver of the setback requirement, additional height, retail floor extension, and a reduction in parking under Sections 6.35.1 as allowed in Section 10.45.
