Public Hearings

  • 7:40 p.m. PB#222 – 22 Water Street, Planned Unit Development, Final Development Proposal and Project Review Special Permit. This is the second public hearing for 392 units of housing as required in Section 13.70. The applicant requests the Planning Board find the project eligible for Additional Gross Floor Area for Above Ground Structured Parking – Section 13.79.2.

General Business

  • 15 Bennet Street and 112 Mount Auburn Street, redevelopment of the MBTA conductor’s building in Harvard Square. Discussion of possible designs for the site.
  • Board of Zoning Appeal Cases.
  • Other.
