- 7:30 p.m. Update by Beth Rubenstein, Assistant City Manager for Community Development.
Public Hearings
- 7:40 p.m. City Council Petition to amend the Zoning Ordinance by creating a new Section 5.60 – Regulation of Fences.
- 8:00 p.m. PB#203, 122 Rindge Avenue, Major Amendment to convert the existing vocational school building to 22 units of housing (Section 5.28.2 Conversion of Non Residential Structures to Residential Use). This is the 3 rd of the 3 buildings on the site. The convent building will be reviewed for façade changes. One Twenty-Realty Trust, Applicant.
- 8:30 p.m. PB#208, 95 Harvey Street, Major Amendment to revise the design of the existing project. At the meeting on July 17, 2007, the Planning Board will determine if this revised design is in conformance with the original special permit granted in December 2005. If the revised plans are not found to be in conformance, a public hearing for the Major Amendment will be held.
