- 7:30 p.m. Update by Beth Rubenstein, Assistant City Manager for Community Development.
Public Hearings
- 7:40 p.m. City Council Petition to amend the Zoning Map at a portion of lot numbered 78 on Assessor’s Plat #267C from the existing B-2 and Alewife Quadrangle Northwest Overlay District to Residence B. This lot is also known as 61R Smith Place.
- 8:00 p.m. Special Permit (#218), 303-305 Cambridge Street, to waive the parking requirement as permitted in Section 6.35.1 for the proposed conversion of two floors of nonresidential to residential use. This proposal was originally heard on August 15, 2006 without the request for the parking waiver. Gary Gilbert is the applicant.
- 8:15 p.m. City Council Petition to amend the Zoning Map at the corner of Massachusetts Avenue and Washburn Avenue that is currently zoning Business C-1 to Business A-2. This petition was formerly known as the Robert Sheketoff, et al Petition.
General Business
- PB#168, 75 Amherst Street, MIT Media Lab, Minor Amendment for an extension of time.
- PB#197 – 201 Brookline Street, Minor Amendment to add roof decks on two of the six residential units. Review of the final modifications to the site plan and building.
- PB#201 – 113 Richdale Avenue, Minor Amendment to add a roof deck. Review of the landscaping proposal at 35 CambridgePark Drive.
