PB#233, 280-290 River Street, Townhouse Special Permit (Section 11.10) for 20 townhouse units and to waive the minimum 15 foot dimensions for Private (Useable) Open Space, Section 11.155(1) to 10 feet. - 8:30 P. M. - PB#11, Major Amendment, 9A Russell Street, request for modifications to the existing non-conforming townhouse (Section 11.15 a, b and c and Section 8.22.2) and an increase in the Floor Area Ratio from .581 to .785 is proposed (Section 11.15.2). A variance from the Board of Zoning Appeal will be required for the increased floor area.
