- 7:30 p.m. Update by Beth Rubenstein, Assistant City Manager for Community Development.
Public Hearings
- 7:40 p.m. PB#222 – 22 Water Street, Planned Unit Development Special Permit (Section 13.70) first public hearing for the Preliminary Determination and Project Review Special Permit (Section 19.20) for 392 residential units in the North Point Residence District. The applicant requests the Planning Board find (1) the project eligible for the Waiver of Height Limitations - Section 13.74.35 to permit a maximum height of 150 feet and (2) the project eligible for Additional Gross Floor Area for Above Ground Structured Parking - Section 13.79.2. There will be a second public hearing scheduled for the Planned Unit Development Final Development Plan at a later date to be determined.
General Business
- PB#200 – 880 Memorial Drive. Request to increase the gross floor area (totaling approximately 4,000 square feet) internal to the dormitory building by inserting additional floor area in some two story spaces and by adding covered walkways and porches and vestibules on the exterior of the three wood frame building to accommodate handicapped accessibility. Determination as a Minor Amendment.
