The Economic Development Division works with the Center for Women & Enterprise, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and local organizations to provide business development programs and services to Cambridge residents, entrepreneurs, and businesses.

Real Estate Basics for Small Businesses

- Location:Cambridge City Hall Annex, 344 Broadway, 2nd floor Community Room
- Description: This workshop will go over the basic provision of a lease and discuss business issues, legal issues, and options and variations of a small business lease. Participants will receive handouts and other materials to bring back to their businesses. This is a great workshop for those who are looking into leasing (or renewing) a retail space. Presented by Jesse BaerKahn, City Retail.
