Footnotes:

  1. A family household includes a householder and one or more other people living in the same household who are related to the householder by birth, marriage or adoption. Nonfamily households consist of a single person living alone or two or more persons occupying a housing unit who are not related by birth, marriage or adoption.
  2. Note that these figures refer to households including children who are related by birth, a stepchild, or an adopted child of the householder.  Other family and non-family households may include children as members of the household.
  3. Unmarried couples include a person who is not related to the householder, who shares living quarters, and who has a close personal relationship with the householder.  Unmarried couples can be of the opposite sex or the same sex.
  4. Multiply figure by 100 for percentage.
