Fire details will be required for cutting and welding operations, for assemblies where live candles are in use, for buildings where the fire alarm and/or spriknler system has been disabled, and for other purposes where the Chief of the Fire Prevention Bureau deems neccessary beacause of the life hazard or fire hazard presented.
