	Bi-Directional Antenna Permit Bowling Alley Refinishing Permit Building Plan Drop Off Form Canon Firing Permit Combustible Material Storage Permit Confined Space Permit Cutting/Welding/Hot Work Permit Demolition Permit Explosives Use Permit Fire Alarm System Permit Fire Suppression System Permit Fireworks Use Permit Fuel Storage - Annual Permit Fuel Storage - Oil Burner Permit Fumigation Permit Hazardous Material Storage Permit LP Gas Use Permit Matches Storage Permit Mall Display/Exhibit Permit Master Box Permit Salamander Use Permit Tar Kettle Use Permit Torch/Heat Device Use Permit

A permit from the Fire Department shall be required for facilities that utilize any mall area for trade shows, exhibits, displays. Exhibits and displays shall include, but are not limited to, the following:

Community service projects
Sidewalk sales
Holiday sales
Special seasonal events

Application for permit must be made in person to the Fire Prevention office.
