On 9/30/08 at 1:10 AM, Maximilian Turrel, 19, of 205 Putnam St., Cambridge MA, and Anguel Momtchilov, 19, of 191 Windsor St., Cambridge MA were placed under arrest for Assault and Battery after they were observed by an officer punching a victim in the stomach. In addition, Rafael Lima, 34, of 73 Perkins St., Somerville MA, was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct after he began yelling obscenities at officers on scene. As officers were attempting to detain him, he broke free and fled on foot, at one point, jumping on the hood of a Police Cruiser.

On 9/30/08 at 9:36 AM, a Dana St. resident reported that an unknown person(s) stole the lug nuts from the wheels of her motor vehicle while the vehicle was parked on Dana St. It appeared that the suspect(s) were attempting to steal the wheels. It occurred sometime between 4:00 PM on 9/29/08 and 8:00 AM on 9/30/08.

On 9/30/08 at 9:44 AM, a resident of Malden, MA was stopped for a traffic violation. During the stop, it was discovered that the motor vehicle had a Revoked Registration due to Insurance Cancellation. The operator received a citation for the offense.

On 9/30/08 at 9:54 AM, a motor vehicle was towed from Mass. Ave. for trespassing in a private lot. The motor vehicle had a wrong license plate attached to it. The motor vehicle had a forged registration sticker on the attached plate. The motor vehicle also had a forged inspection sticker displayed on its windshield.

On 9/30/08 at 10:05 PM, Jonathan Queen, 20, of 470 Green St., Cambridge MA, was arrested with along with two 16-year-old male Cambridge juveniles and charged with Armed Assault to Rob for an incident that occurred on Dana St. just before Broadway. One of the juveniles pulled a knife on the victim in an attempt to rob him, while Queen and the other juvenile surrounded the victim. The victim positively identified all three suspects.
