On 10/8/08 at 7:11 AM, an officer was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on Mass. Ave. and Forest St. Upon arrival, two motor vehicles were involved in an accident in the travel lane going west bound on Mass. Ave. The driver of one of the vehicles was cited for negligent operation.
