On 10/16/08 at 8:18 PM, Jorge Arbaiza, 22, of 62 Bonair St., Somerville MA, was pulled over at Yerxa Rd. and Rindge Ave. for failing to stop for a red light at Sherman St. at Rindge Ave. Arbaiza was found not to have a valid driver’s license and was arrested for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Revoked License and Failing To Stop For A Red Light.

On 10/16/08 at 10:18 PM, detectives observed a group of six individuals, some of which were drinking beer, in the rear of 364 Rindge Ave. adjacent to the playground. A threshold inquiry revealed that two of the individuals had outstanding arrest warrants. William Delgado, 33, of 81 Jackson St., Cambridge MA, and Michael Rodenmacher, 29, of 88 Circuit Rd., Medford MA, were subsequently placed under arrest.
