On 10/24/08 at 11:55 PM, a motor vehicle struck three parked cars on Rindge Ave. The operator backed off the damaged parked car he struck and drove away without making himself known. The operator then failed to stop for the red light at Rindge Ave. and Fresh Pond Parkway and operated his motor vehicle on the wrong side of the road while traveling on the parkway. Christopher Brooks, 31, of 295 Chestnut St., Lynnfield MA, was subsequently placed under arrest.
