On 11/18/08 at 6:46 AM, a Cambridge resident reported that all four tires were stolen from his motor vehicle it was parked in the driveway next to his house on Roberts Rd.

 

 

A&B Dangerous Weapon

On 11/18/08 at 8:45 AM, Ms. Regina Kindell, 32, of 8 Everett St., Somerville MA, was placed under arrest for A&B Domestic and A&B Dangerous Weapon to wit keys after it was learned that she punched, scratched, and struck her husband with an object later determined to be a set of keys on the side of his head.

 

 

Larceny Over $250

On 11/18/08 at 9:18 PM, a resident of Cambridge St. reported that his bicycle was stolen from a bike rack in front of Trader Joes on Memorial Dr. on 11/16/08.

On 11/18/08 at 10:08 AM, Elaine Nolan, 50, of 240 Albany St., Cambridge MA, was arrested at CVS in Central Square for shoplifting and trespassing after being observed by the store manager placing various items into her personal bag.

 

 

Credit Card Fraud

On 11/18/08 at 10:11 AM, a resident of Arlington reported that she lost her wallet on Mass. Ave. on 11/13/08. On 11/14/08 and 11/16/08, suspect(s) used her credit card at two locations in Cambridge. The credit card has since been cancelled.

On 11/18/08 at 12:15 PM, a resident of Cambridge stated that she received two annoying telephone calls.

On 11/18/08 at 12:19 PM, a reporting party stated that while having lunch in the Marriott Hotel food court, her wallet was removed from her purse.

On 11/18/08 at 12:37 PM, a resident of Somerville stated that she lost her wallet in Porter Square on 11/14/08.

 

 

Credit Card Fraud

On 11/18/08 at 12:44 PM, a resident of Cambridge reported that than unknown suspect(s) made fraudulent purchases on online stores using his credit card. He still has the credit card in his possession and has never lost it.

 

 

Annoying Telephone Calls

On 11/18/08 at 1:08 PM, officers were dispatched to Pro Ambulance for a report of annoying telephone calls.

 

 

Domestic Dispute

On 11/18/08 at 1:24 PM, an officer was dispatched to speak with a resident of Lambert St. about filing a restraining order as a result of a domestic dispute.

On 11/18/08 at 1:35 PM, the manager of a business on Mt. Auburn St. reported three separate instances of checks being returned from their respective banks showing insufficient funds.

On 11/18/08 at 1:39 PM, a Cambridge resident reported that unknown person(s) used his personal information to purchase items at a woman's clothing store on 11/10/08.

 

 

Malicious Destruction

On 11/18/08 at 3:13 PM, a reporting party stated that he got into a minor road rage incident with an unknown person at approximately 2:20 PM in front of the Pizza Ring. The reporting party checked his vehicle minutes later and noticed that the front passenger side wheel no longer had air in it.

On 11/18/08 at 3:41 PM, Cambridge resident reported that she was beat up and kicked in the face by her boyfriend. The incident occurred on 11/17/08 at approximately 7:00 PM in the area of the Gore Street Park.

 

 

Leaving the Scene of Property Damage

On 11/18/08 at 5:23 PM, a Medford resident reported that her motor vehicle was damaged by an unknown motor vehicle on Garden St. near Appian Way. The suspect vehicle did not stop to make owner/operator information known.

 

 

Shoplifting

On 11/18/08 at 5:34 PM, a Gap loss prevention officer at the Galleria Mall observed Tamara Gorman, 26, of 37 Haydn St., Roslindale MA, and Yasmin Maalim, 17, of 51 Beechland St., Roslindale MA, remove several items of clothing, hide them on their person, and leave the Gap without paying for them. They were stopped by the loss prevention officer and brought back to the store where the items were recovered from their persons. They were subsequently placed under arrest.

 

 

Armed and Masked Robbery

On 11/18/08 at 6:35 PM, a masked black male robbed Aimes Food Mart on Concord Ave. at gunpoint.

 

 

B&E Daytime

On 11/18/08 at 7:05 PM, a reporting party stated that she came home around 7:00 PM to find that her front door had been broken into and her laptop was stolen.

 

 

Credit Card Fraud

On 11/18/08 at 7:09 PM, Fernando Bossa, 23, of 28 Riverdale Rd., Mattapan MA, was placed under arrest at the CambridgeSide Galleria Mall for the misuse of a credit card, fraudulent use of a credit card to obtain goods over $250, and possession of a stolen credit card.

 

 

Larceny Over $250

On 11/18/08 at 7:14 PM, an officer was dispatched to Microcenter on a report of a past larceny. The officer was informed me that on 8/6/08 at 5:15 PM, a suspect purchased two laptop computers, one Hewlett Packard (HP) and one Toshiba, a laptop battery, a carrying case and two notebook protection plans. The charges the suspect made with the credit card have since been refunded.

 

 

Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle

On 11/18/08 at 8:29 PM, a Malden resident was cited criminally for operating a motor vehicle on a public way with an expired Massachusetts driver’s license and also a marked lanes violation. The oeprator will be summoned to appear in court on a future date.

 

 

Larceny of Motor Vehicle

On 11/18/08 at 8:37 PM, a male reporting party came into the station to report that his motor vehicle was stolen. The reporting party stated that he parked his vehicle in the lot on Prospect St. at approximately 5:15 PM and returned at 8:30 PM to find his vehicle gone.
