On 11/19/08 at 8:11 AM, a resident of Cambridge reported that while shopping in Porter Sq. she accidentally left her purse in a shopping carriage. She returned to the store a few moments later to retrieve the purse but it was no longer there. The store claims to not have it.

On 11/19/08 at 8:26 AM, an officer responded to Garden St. and Mass. Ave. for a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, the officer spoke with the two parties involved. One of the parties handed the officer a MA Driver’s License, which expired on5/8/08. The operator was issued a MA Citation for Unlicensed Operation.

On 11/19/08 at 10:22 AM, a motor vehicle was towed from St. Sauveur Ct. and Corcoran Lane after it was determined that the owner had canceled and returned plates to the registry of motor vehicles on 10/24/08. The owner was issued a citation for Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and Abandonment of a Motor Vehicle on a Public Way.

On 11/19/08 at 2:12 PM, a Florida resident reported that unknown person(s) struck the rear driver’s bumper, causing damage to her husband’s motor vehicle sometime between 1:00 pm and 1:45 PM. The offending person did not make themselves known to victims.

On 11/19/08 at 5:22 PM, a reporting party stated that sometime around June or August of 2006, person(s) unknown used her personal information to open gas and electric utility accounts and to file bankruptcy.

On 11/19/08 at 6:27 PM, a Richdale Ave. resident reported that she was approached by a white male, approximately 50 years old that pointed a weapon at her neck area from behind and stated that he was taking her purse. The suspect then fled the area in a small motor vehicle.
