On 6/19/09 at 12:33 AM, 34-year-old Patrick Maher of 26 Lawler Rd. Medford, MA was arrested at Mass Ave. and Somerville Ave. for operating a motor vehicle on a public way while under the influence of alcohol.

On 6/19/09 at 1:50 AM, a motor vehicle was stopped for revoked registration and insurance. Criminal complaints are to be filed against the owner.

On 6/19/09 at 7:10 AM, the North Cambridge Catholic High School reported that an unknown person(s) covered two entrance door locks and the lock to a parking lot entrance gate with super glue sometime between 8:00 PM on 6/18/09 and 7:00 AM on 6/19/09.

On 6/19/09 at 8:31 AM, 45-year-old Lawrence Burris of 174 Pine St. Holbrook, MA.  Burris was arrested at Albany St. and Portland St. on a warrant out of Quincy District Court for Larceny Over $250, Uttering a False Document and Forgery of a Document and cited for a concealed license plate.

On 6/19/09 at 9:08 AM, the reporting party stated that he bought Red Sox tickets from an acquaintance sometime in April. When the reporting party went to the game on 6/9/09, he was informed that the tickets were stolen and was not allowed into the game.

On 6/19/09 at 9:17 AM, police were dispatched to Tremont St. for a report of four males drinking in public. Upon arrival police observed three males walk away from the location. The remaining male was sitting in the doorway and refused to leave. Primitivo Ruano was arrested on an outstanding default warrant out of Cambridge District Court for Open and Gross Lewdness.

On 6/19/09 at 9:17 AM, the reporting party stated that the suspect struck his legs with his motor vehicle during a traffic dispute at Canal Park. The suspect denied striking the reporting party and stated that the reporting party pounded on the hood of his motor vehicle during the dispute.

Armed Assault to Rob

On 6/20/09 at 2:09 AM, 18-year-old Danny DeJesus of 56 Lawn St. Cambridge, MA was arrested for Armed Assault to Rob after he was positively identified by two victims as being part of a group that punched a victim in the face in an attempt to rob them. A 16-year-old Cambridge boy was also arrested for Armed Assault to Rob, Mayhem, Taxi Fare Evasion, and Intimidation of a Witness after he was positively identified by a victim/witness after he punched the victim in the face with a closed fist in attempt to steal money. It was also reported that both suspects threatened their victims.

On 6/21/09 at 11:42 PM, police were dispatched to the area of Rindge Ave. for a report of gunshots. While en route the responding units were updated by ECC that they had a victim of a shooting at Brookford St.

On 6/21/09 at 11:44 PM, police units were dispatched to the area of Pleasant St. and Prince St. on the report of a domestic dispute in which one party smashed a car windshield. Upon arrival a vehicle was located with damage to the front windshield however neither the suspect nor the victim were located.
