Revere, MA was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealment after he was observed concealing a shirt selected from the Macy's sales floor and then exiting the store without paying for the item. Russo then proceeded to flee from loss prevention officers through crowds in the Galleria Mall, Charles Park, and on Charles St.
