Malicious Destruction of Property Over $250 09-04603	On 6/26/09 at 12:42 AM, 28-year-old Jaimie Praeger of 182 Elm St. was arrested at JFK and Winthrop St. for smashing a glass window of a residential address.

The female party was threatening to do harm to herself with a kitchen knife.   On 6/26/09 at 1:02 AM, 26-year-old Robert Kolaski of 13 Happy Hollow Rd. Wayland, MA and 29-year-old Kevin James of 4 Scuyler Rd. Dorchester, MA was arrested at 820 Memorial Dr. Cambridge, MA for causing a disturbance, harassing and throwing items at a store clerk.     6/27/09 at 1:42 AM a motor vehicle accident involving a Cambridge Police cruiser occurred in the Fresh Pond rotary.  None of the involved parties complained of injuries.     6/27/09 at 2:14 AM, 29-year-old Ryan Gallagher of 21 Cherry St. Somerville, MA was arrested on Mass Ave for operating a vehicle with a suspended license.
Assault and Battery 09-04626	6/27/09 at 2:30 AM, police were dispatched to a disturbance at the intersection of Massachusetts Ave. and Somerville Ave. The reporting party stated that he was jumped and punched by three or four men.

Reporting party stated that his son-in-law pushed him after arguing over the ownership of a coin.   6/27/09 at 8:58 AM, reporting party stated that his backpack was stolen from his motor vehicle on Auburn St.       6/27/09 at 9:58 AM, a resident of Museum Way was contacted by her ex-boyfriend’s sister. The reporting party has a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend.   6/27/09 at 1:22 PM, a Cambridge Park Dr. resident reported that he was threatened by his neighbor.     6/27/09 at 1:23 PM, A Somerville resident reports an unknown person stole his Silver Bianci bicycle in Linear Park.     6/27/09 at 1:24 PM, a non resident of Cambridge reported that his wallet was stolen from an establishment in Porter Square.     6/27/09 at 1:56 PM, A resident of Prospect St reported that she was in an establishment in Harvard Sq and realized that her wallet was gone from her purse.     On 6/27/09 at 3:18 PM, reporting party stated her wallet was stolen out of her hand bag which was in her shopping cart at Whole Foods on River St.

Both parties were separated.     On 6/27/09 at 5:28 PM, a Peabody resident reported an unknown person smashed out his driver's side window and stole his golf clubs from a Line St. parking lot.     On 6/27/09 at 7:13 PM,  non resident reported being involved in a hit and run at the intersection of Fresh Pond Pkwy and Huron Ave.       On 6/27/09 at 10:31 PM, 31-year-old Melissa Jalbert of 166 Mountain Ave.  Malden, MA, and 48-year-old Diego Rodriguez of 240 Albany St. Cambridge MA. were arrested on Mass Ave. An officer observed Rodriguez punch the victim in the face. While being placed under arrest Jalbert assaulted the officer.

Billerica, MA was arrested on default warrant issued out the Woburn District Court after police responded to a fight in which the defendant was involved.     On 6/28/09 at 2:17 AM, police responded to a fight at Middlesex Lounge on Mass Ave Cambridge, MA. The victim stated he has been punched twice in the face.      On 6/28/09 at 3:14 PM, a Frost St. resident reported a Playstation missing with an open window screen cut.     On 6/28/09 at 4:21 PM, 29-year-old David J. Gerrie of Harmony Ln. Mercer, ME was arrested for a suspended license, after being pulled over for a traffic violation.       On 6/28/09 at 4:54 PM, police responded to Columbia St. where a verbal argument was taking place between a male and female.    On 6/28/09 at 5:32 PM, An employee of Sunglass Hut reported that two suspects stole sunglasses from the store.    On 6/28/09 at 6:33 PM, a resident of Chauncy St. reports someone stole her motor scooter, while  it was parked in the lot on Chauncy St.
