On 10/26/09 at 5:09 AM, a resident of Washington St. reported that an unknown person(s) gained access to his motor vehicle by smashing the rear passengers side window and removed a laptop computer.

 

Domestic Dispute

On 10/26/09 at 5:19 AM, police units were dispatched to a 911 hang-up call on Cambridge St. It was later determined that a father and son argued over drinking, the use of electricity in the apartment, and favoritism. No physical violence was reported.

On 10/26/09 at 7:50 AM, it was reported that a motor vehicle was broken into while parked on Mass Ave. The rear passenger window was shattered, and the radio ripped from the dash.  Also missing was a bag containing jeans.

On 10/26/09 at 10:56 AM, a victim reported that while attending a performance at the All Asia Cafe, her purse was stolen from the table where she was sitting.

On 10/26/09 at 1:23 PM, it was reported that someone cut the wires on the Cambridge Police Speed trailer.  The trailer was stationed on Whittemore Ave. by Kimball Street.

On 10/26/09 at 1:45 PM, a Bond St. resident reported that her neighbor has been trespassing in her basement for the past 17 years.

On 10/26/09 at 2:07 PM, a store in the Fresh Pond Mall reported a female took a pair of socks and fled the store without paying for them.

 

Arrest Warrant

On 10/26/09 at 2:21 PM, 19-year-old Christopher Roman was arrested at his home, 1 Brookline Place #104 for an arrest warrant. The charges were Identity Fraud, Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card, and Larceny From a Person.

On 10/26/09 at 7:25 PM, two involved parties were fighting on Eliot St. A female slapped the male in the face.

 

Operating a Motor Vehicle on a Suspended License

On 10/26/09 at 10:02 PM, a motor vehicle proceeded through the intersection of Binney and Fulkerson St. without yielding to oncoming traffic. A status check of the operator's motor vehicle and license resulted in a suspended status. The operator was issued a citation.
