He is being charged with Domestic Assault and Battery and Witness Intimidation.

On 10/28/09 at 2:46 PM, a resident of Chelsea was observed operating a motor vehicle with an expired inspection sticker. During the stop, it was discovered that the operator did not have a license and that her right to operate had been suspended. The suspect was summoned to court and the vehicle was towed.
