On 11/18/09 at 9:09 AM, police responded to a Fifth St. resident for a Domestic  involving a mother and her son. Subsequently, 20-year-old Bruce Nazaire of 7 Fifth St. was arrested for Assault & Battery after it was discovered that he had pushed  his mother during an argument over his current life style.

 

Credit Card Fraud

On 11/18/09 at 11:29 AM, a reporting party stated an individual known to her opened up numerous credit cards utilizing her identity without her knowledge or authorization.

On 11/18/09 at 12:06 PM, a victim reported that the father of her kids called her place of employment on Cambridge St., and threatened her.

On 11/18/09 at 2:23 PM, a non- resident reported that he received a voicemail from  a former co-worker. In this voicemail the suspect made threats.

On 11/18/09 at 2:26 PM, it was reported that an unknown person(s) removed a digital camera from a tote bag, while the victim was reading a magazine at Out of Town News.

On 11/18/09 at 4:07 PM, a Cambridge resident reports that between 10/5/09 and 11/16/09 she has received numerous annoying phone calls from her ex-husband.

On 11/18/09 at 4:11 PM, a resident of Putnam Ave. reported that his neighbor trespassed on his property and removed property marking stakes from this location.

On 11/18/09 at 4:15 PM, an officer observed a male and female in Central sq having an argument.  They stated that they were boyfriend and girlfriend and that the dispute was over a shopping bag.

On 11/18/09 at 4:25 PM, police responded to the library on Pearl St. on a report of a male fondling himself, upon arrival the suspect had fled the area.

On 11/18/09 at 4:49 PM, a victim reported that a moving company transported his personal belongings from Cambridge to a new residence in Somerville and while doing so a box of personal belongings went missing.

On 11/18/09 at 8:24 PM, police responded to  Plymouth St. on a report of a dispute. A father and son had a verbal argument. No physical violence was reported.

 

Malicious Destruction to a Motor Vehicle

On 11/18/09 at 9:13 PM, a motor vehicle while parked on Otis St. was scratched in several places.

On 11/18/09 at 9:16 PM, a motor vehicle while parked on Kinniard St. was broken into. Taken from the vehicle was a car stereo and emergency road kit.

On 11/18/09 at 9:32 PM, a victim reported that Comcast technicians who serviced his residence are making fraudulent purchases using his credit card number.  

 

Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon

On 11/18/09 at 10:02 PM, police were dispatched to a Central Square restaurant for a disturbance.  There was a verbal argument between two employees, which then turned physical. one person was struck in the head with a spoon .

On 11/18/09 at 10:40 PM, a non-resident reported that while he was on Cushing St. near Huron Ave. he was assaulted and rob by an unknown male.
