Meetings with Focus Groups from City Organizations

To provide access to all the people of Cambridge and to insure that we manage our resources well, Library 21 is gathering information from as many groups as possible about what the people want in the library system. For purposes of presentation, the information gathered has been organized into traditional roles for a library. The information is also being integrated into a master database so that a cumulative picture of what people want can also be presented. The roles are:
