Western Ave – Easterly about 26 feet north of Riverside Place installing approximately 26 feet of conduit then heading northerly on Riverside. Place approximately 95 feet of conduit. Via 5 utility poles on Trowbridge Street to a Comcast manhole on the corner of Mass Ave and Trowbridge Street.
