7:20 p.m. PB#284, 15-33 Richdale Avenue, revised application for special permits to convert an existing commercial building, with conforming additions, to a 46 unit residential building at 15-33 Richdale Avenue pursuant to Section 19.20 Project Review, Section 5.31 footnote L reduction of side and rear yard setbacks, Section 5.28.2 Conversion of Non-Residential Structure to Residential Use, Section 4.26 Multifamily Special Permit and 10.40 Special Permit. The applicant is Hathaway Partners, LLC.

8:00 p.m. John Chun, et al, (refiled) to amend the Zoning Map of the City of Cambridge in the area currently zoned Residence B located in the Cambridge Highlands neighborhood, deleting the designation Residence B and substituting therefor a designation of Residence A-2.
