Continued from May 22nd P&C meeting for Verizon’s agreement and a better map.  Forest City Networks, LLC., 25 Bowditch Dr., Shrewsbury, MA 01545 for the following:  Construct and install one 1-1/4” PVC for 60 feet from the existing Verizon manhole 26/36 on Albany St to the Level 3 JTP duct bank on Albany St.  Conduit will connect to Forest City 1-1/4” conduit within the duct bank.  Forest City Networks will install feet of FOC in the newly constructed manhole and conduit. 

New Petition:  Lightower Fiber Networks, 80 Central Street, Foxborough, MA, 01719  for the following:  Installation of (2) 4” PVC conduit(s) and other supporting and protecting equipment at the intersection on First Street and Binney Street.

New Petition:  Verizon New England, Inc., 125 High Street, Oliver Tower, Floor 5, Boston, MA 02110, for the following:  Fulkerson Street:  New 1-4” (PVC conduit and one WYE approximately 6 feet in each of two locations on Fulkerson Street serving existing customers.  The additional conduit and WYE are needed due to poles relocated or to be relocated at the request of the City of Cambridge for a future bike lane. 

New Petition:  Verizon New England, Inc., 125 High Street, Oliver Tower, Floor 5, Boston, MA 02110, for the following:  Cambridge Street and Willow Street:  new 1-4” (PVC) conduit from Verizon MH 26/176 on Cambridge Street approximately 26 feet easterly then turning northerly along the northeasterly side of Willow Street for approximately 201 feet to riser P743/19 at or near #135 to replace existing defective conduit which serves existing customers.  (See enclosed plan.).

New Petition:  Comcast 55 Concord Street, North Reading, MA for the following:  1801 Mass Ave.   Place new manhole over existing Comcast conduit on Roseland St. Trench approximately 8' in the public way installing 1-4" conduit to the private property line of 1801 Mass Ave.  Current property line is existing construction fence which includes public way sidewalk.

New Petition:  Comcast 55 Concord Street, North Reading, MA for the following:  10 Wilson Rd. From existing utility pole at the intersection of Smith Pl and Wilson St trench 30' in public way installing 1-4" conduit ending at private property line of 10 Wilson Rd. This will include the removal and replacement of 1 sidewalk panel. 

New Petition:  Comcast 55 Concord Street, North Reading, MA for the following:  60 Wadsworth St.  From pole # 3 on Wadsworth St, trench 40' in the public way installing 1-4" conduit to the private property line of 60 Wadsworth St. This will include the removal and replacement of one sidewalk panel.

New Petition:  Nstar Electrical and Gas Company, 101 Linwood, Somerville, MA for the following:  Beech St Northerly from MHC231@ the intersection of Mass Ave—installing approximately (13) thirteen feet – conduit.  This work is necessary to upgrade service @ 1991 Mass Ave.  W/O #01987686.

New Petition:  Nstar Electrical and Gas Company, 101 Linwood, Somerville, MA for the following:  Kirkland St Easterly from MHC857 @ the intersection of Holden St – installing approximately (112) one hundred and twelve feet – conduit.  This work is necessary to service 93 Kirkland St.  W/O#1991871.

New Petition:  Nstar Electrical and Gas Company, 101 Linwood, Somerville, MA for the following:  Wendell St Southwesterly @ Pole 719/12 ½ - approximately 140 feet east of Oxford St – installing approximately 72 (seventy-two) feet – conduit.  This work is necessary to upgrade service to 68 Oxford St.  W/O #01992999.

New Petition:  Nstar Electrical and Gas Company, 101 Linwood, Somerville, MA for the following:  1st Street--Westerly from MHC2162 @ the intersection of Linsky Way—installing approximately 532 (five-hundred & thirty-two) feet-conduit.  This work is necessary for system improvement.  W/O# 01995855.

New Petition:  Nstar Electrical and Gas Company, 101 Linwood, Somerville, MA for the following:  Field Street – Northerly side of parking lot @ the intersection of Bay State Road – 64 feet northeast of J/O pole #5112—installing new JO steel stub guy pole #51/12s.  This work is necessary for system improvement (leaning pole).  W/O #01997296.

New Petition:  Nstar Electrical and Gas Company, 101 Linwood, Somerville, MA for the following:  Larch Road Easterly side @ the intersection of Fresh Pone Pkwy relocating J/O pole #426/37 about 1.5 feet towards the field (East) – also about 245 feet south of J/O pole 426/37 – relocating J/O pole 426/33 1 foot East.  This work is necessary as an act of public authority.  W/O #01992369.

New Petition:  Nstar Electrical and Gas Company, 101 Linwood, Somerville, MA for the following:  Broadway Easterly from MHC862 @ the intersection of Ellery St – installing approximately 48.5 (forty-eight.five) feet- conduit and installing (1) concrete manhole (MHC29805).  This work is necessary for system improvement.  W/O #01971272.
