Genealogy assistance, amendments/corrections to vital records or recording of home births are processed Monday-Thursday from 8:30 a.m. until Noon and from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. and Mondays 2 p.m. until 8 p.m.

  8. Cemetery deeds
  9. U.C.C. filings (Uniform Commercial Code) prior to July 1, 2001
  10. Federal, state, and child support tax liens
  11. Original papers for appeals of Board of Zoning Appeals and Planning Board cases
  12. All notifications of meetings of municipal governmental bodies.
  13. Municipal Code Book Fee $50.00 (There is an additional $15.00 charge for shipping & handling)
  14. Zoning Ordinance Book Fee $50.00 (There is an additional $15.00 charge for shipping & handling)
  15. Filing Zoning Petition Fee $150.00

The City Clerk is the official keeper of the City Seal and City Ordinances. All notifications and documents are available to the public, with some exceptions pertaining to vital records.
