In order to officially file a complaint with the Cambridge Consumers' Council, a Consumer Complaint Form must be filled out and mailed in to us with copies of all relevant paperwork attached (i.e. receipts,warranty info, etc.) In order to facilitate this process, we have made the Consumer Complaint Form available on-line. If you prefer to receive a Complaint Form by mail, call 617.349.6150. To file a complaint with the Cambridge Consumers' Council: 1. Read the Complaint Letter (text version) OR 2. Your complaint will be logged in on the day it is received and you will be notified as soon as an investigator/mediator is assigned to your case. (Please be patient as it might be a few weeks before we can get back to you.) In the meantime, look at some on-line consumer publications to learn your rights as a consumer. |
