Please join Corey Pilz from the Consumer Division of the Massachusetts Department of Telecommunications and Cable (DTC) on February 17th to learn more about the agency and the state of telecommunication and cable industries in Massachusetts. The MA DTC is a state regulatory agency that oversees these industries.
The DTC’s Consumer Division investigates and resolves individual consumer complaints, either by informal negotiation between the consumer and the provider by formal adjudicatory proceedings. The Department also tracks patterns of complaints in order to identify and resolve more widespread problems.
