Personal and Career Exploration Program (PACE)
This eight week training is designed to help Cambridge students age 16-18 learn skills to succeed in the workplace, while exploring their own career interests.
Students learn to identify their interests and skills, research companies, and prepare resumes and cover letters. They participate in mock interviews to practice their communication skills and then visit a local company.
Upon successful completion, the students earn a stipend of $9 per hour, up to 17 hours.
The upcoming session of PACE runs on Tuesdays from October 29th-December 17th, 3:00-5:00 in the computer lab at the Rindge School of Technical Arts.
Applications are available for download here, or at the Youth Employment Center (CRLS Room 2101) and at the Office of Workforce Development, 51 Inman St.
