Cambridge Employment Program

The Cambridge Employment Program (CEP) provides job-matching services to local businesses free of charge. Many of our services are comparable to those provided by employment agencies, which often charge substantial commissions. CEP will help find qualified Cambridge residents to meet your hiring needs -- at no cost to your business. CEP maintains a database of hundreds of Cambridge residents with diverse experience, skills and educational backgrounds who are actively looking for new or better jobs. CEP candidates are qualified for a range of openings, from entry-level to more highly skilled positions.

CEP's in-depth understanding of each candidate's employment skills and goals helps us draw on our diverse candidate pool to find the best match for open positions. Successful placements create a win/wind outcome; satisfied residents get the jobs they want and businesses find the employees they need in less time and at no cost.

CEP provides job placement assistance to more than 350 Cambridge residents every year. Services include individualized career counseling and job search assistance, resume development, help identifying job leads and researching employers and free internet access.

To contact CEP by phone call  617-349-6166.
