FMA COMMUNITY SCHOOL POLICIES

Picking Up Your Child
Our instructors need to leave after their classes end and cannot be responsible for student supervision once their class is dismissed. Please assist us by picking up your child at the end of his/her class or make other arrangements to have your child picked up on time or to walk home. Children enrolled in FMA Extended Day or FMA Out of School Time (OST) will return to those programs at the end of their classes and do not need to be picked up from a Community School class.

Late Fee
Parents/Guardians will be charged a late fee of $10 for every 15 minutes late for pick-up at the end of class. We request late fees to be paid within 48 hours to avoid disrupting your child's after-school activities.

Holidays and Vacations
We do not hold classes on City Holidays, School Vacations, Snow Days, or other days that the Cambridge Public Schools are closed.

Early Release & Half Days
We do not hold classes on early release and half days. Many of our classes are partnerships with the Extended Day Program. If your child is enrolled in FMA Extended Day or FMA Out of School Time (OST), these programs will hold special events or trips on early release days.
