REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:

Registration forms will be accepted as soon as the forms are received. They may be dropped off in the Community School mailbox, in the Graham & Parks School main office, handed to a member of the Community School staff, or mailed to the above address. Please enclose a check made payable to “Community Schools”, one check for total amount per family. Your check is your receipt. If a class is full, you will be notified. If you are not notified, assume that your child is enrolled. First come first served. The Enrichment Courses are very popular therefore early registration is recommended. After school bus transportation is provided to Linnaean Community School from all other public schools, call (617) 349-6862.

• Classes will be held on Early Release Days.
• Special Activities will be offered on Early Release days from 12:30-3:15 - during program sessions.
  Fee $8.00. (Please register in advance).
• No refunds after the first week.
• Children must remain in the Community School Center while waiting for classes.
• We are only responsible for children during the class time.
• Partial scholarships available.  You may request a Financial Aid Application.
• Classes are not held when Cambridge Public Schools are closed.
• Some special activities will be offered during school vacations.
• Fees for late pick-up of your child may be charged.
• Office hours daily 2:00-6:00 PM and Mondays & Thursdays until 7:00 PM
• Pick-up late fees may be charged.
• After school bus transportation is provided to Linnaean Community School by calling Transportation at (617) 349-6862.
