REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Registration Procedure
The Registration forms attached to the back of this brochure should be filled out and brought to the Community School Office, Rm. 111 at the noted registration times. All must register in person.
REGISTRATION BEGINS Jan. 4th AND ENDS Jan. 13th
Wednesday, Jan. 4th through Friday, Jan. 13th, 2006 (2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.)

- Enrollment is on a first come first serve basis. Our preference is that all families register in person so that any questions and/or concerns are addressed. This will ensure a smooth registration process. There are additional forms parents should fill out such as emergency forms, etc.
- With the exception of piano & guitar lessons, full payment should accompany any registration. If needed, a payment schedule may be arranged (See Sharon Kenney).
- Payments for WINTER Session should be made by check or money order payable to: KENNEDY COMMUNITY SCHOOL.
- We will notify you if a selected class is full. If you do not hear from us you may assume your child is enrolled in the requested class.
- If a class doesn’t fill, the class may have to be cancelled. If that should happen you will be notified and given a full refund with the opportunity to enroll in another class if available.
- We understand that there may be times when a class is not what your child expected. Refunds will be given only if we are notified within 24 hours of the first class your child attended.
Financial Assistance
Need based, partial scholarships are available. Please request a Financial Aid form from the Program Director at registration.
- Sibling discounts given for a 2nd or 3rd child in a family taking 50% off the fee, if the children are taking the same class.
Late Fee Policy
All children must be promptly picked up at the end of class. There will be a pick up charge of $10 for every 10 minutes or fraction thereof that the parent/guardian is late. The Community School clock will be used to calculate lateness. We require late fees to be paid within 48 hours.
Late Buses for Grades 3-8 at 3:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday
Students should register in order to board the bus. Parents should sign the bus form during registration.
