The City of Cambridge FY2018 real estate and personal property tax bills will be mailed on October 27, 2017. The first half portion is due and payable on November 27, 2017.  The second half portion will be issued on April 2, 2018 and due on May 2, 2018.

Overvaluation abatement applications are due November 27, 2017.

Applications for the residential exemption and other statutory exemptions are due no later than April 2, 2018.  More information about the residential and other statutory exemptions and to download a residential exemption application form.

Assistance with property tax exemption application forms will be available from Nov.1 - Nov.16 at the following times and locations: (To complete applications for income-related exemptions, a copy of your 2016 income tax return will be required.)
