The City of Cambridge FY2022 real estate and personal property tax bills will be mailed on October 22, 2021. The first half portion is due and payable on November 22, 2021.  The second half portion will be issued on April 1, 2022 and due on May 2, 2022.

Overvaluation abatement applications are due November 23, 2022.

Taxpayer Assistance Available

Due to COVID-19, the Assessing Department will be offering virtual neighborhood taxpayer assistance meetings via Zoom. Prior to the scheduled date, links to the meeting will be available on the Assessing Department's website at https://www.cambridgema.gov/Departments/Assessing.

(To complete applications for income-related exemptions, a copy of your 2020 income tax return will be required.)
